The studio was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. Soft lighting, beautiful garden outside the windows, clean, fresh air. I was able to practice and focus on my poses very easily. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Great about varying their instruction every week. I've learned a lot in their classes.

The studio moved to 2210 Encinitas Blvd Suite U, Encinitas in the Rincon Plaza in June 2010. I love this studio - classes are small to medium-sized. The teachers are really friendly, have a great sense of humor and are all very knowledgeable - very, very helpful in explaining the details of the pose. There are yoga therapeutics each Thursday, which is great if you have aches and pains! Iyengar yoga involves a lot of props and assistance - not insistence - on getting yourself into a pose. Highly recommended studio!
