Monday nights at 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Wednesday mornings at 11:00am to Noon.
If a scheduled class falls on a holiday we usually do not have classes that day. If in doubt, don't hesitate to call us at 501-623-7731.
Classes last for about an hour. We are a non-profit organization and our classes are paid for by your generous donation only. We recommend a minimum donation of $5.00 per class, however this is not required. We practice Hatha Yoga, and there is no appointment necessary to attend class. All you have to do is show up at the times outlined above.
No mat? NO PROBLEM! We have yoga mats available for you to use! Be sure to wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing that you can move well in. We do not wear our shoes during yoga but you may wear socks if you prefer.
