Dr Barclay and his wife, the receptionist, are lovely people! I got an appointment quickly. Wait time was very short as they are always on schedule. This business is in one of the safest areas around with parking spaces very close to the entrance. I don't remember music. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
