Who are they really? The name says gentle dental, but the paperwork says newbury st dental? I had to have work redone by a different dentist I would not recommend this place at all!

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. After my appointment, I was looking forward to being able to choose my favorite toothpaste or toothbrushes to take home but instead I was handed a couple of samples and rushed out the door. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.
