They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. I was still somewhat nervous about the procedure. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
