I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
