Hello, again. My name is Angelia Kay Briggs. In need of a retainer, restoration--galore. Bang around after fracture tooth. Look a mess for cosmetic dental care. Learned chipped, larger than chipped are fractured wisdom teeth. Stolen without hesitation, my life, my purses, my vehicles, my cellular phones, my insurance cards, my University credit cards are the year of 1996, 1998, pick a year. Someone, took the time to steal. Not able to locate any of those Door 79 from Pleasant Hill as today's referral. Visitor at the Trinity Day Care with a case manage for almost two years. Today, Shannon Martin is the assignment.
