I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
