I was a client of Arrowhead for a year before I decided to stop going there. Time and time again they demonstrated poor business practices and a lack of care for the wellbeing of their clients. The doctors spent very little time with me and often didn't provide an opportunity for me to ask questions or tell me about the complications before they began a procedure.

The management is very rude towards the clients, and during a misunderstanding refused to try and reach a compromise or even listen to my complaints.

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Not at all! They were always present and attentive
Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited?
Among the best I have seen
