Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. One thing that really bothers me is bad breath, but I am happy to report that I have no complaints here. Their breath is always very fresh.
