Jia Gottlieb
Dr.Gottlieb traveled to Japan and China after completing his medical residency in Sonoma,California to expand his expertise in Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture. While living in Asia, he studied the martial art of Akido and trained in the top acupuncture clinics of Bejing, China. Upon returning to Boulder, Colorado in 1984, Dr. Gottlieb established Still Mountain, where he provides patients a unique therapeutic approach based upon extensive training in both Western medicine and Asian healing arts.

Dr. Gottlieb received his M.D. from Northwestern University in 1976, completing family medicine residency at the Community Hospital of Sonoma County - one of the most respected programs in the country. He then completed one-year of post-doctoral acupuncture training at some of Beijing 's most acclaimed hospitals of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Dr.Gottlieb has been successfully treating patients for over 25 years at Still Mountain, the oldest holistic clinic in Colorado. As an M.D. who is certified in Family Medicine and an experienced Acupuncturist, Dr.Gottlieb offers a unique approach to diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of health issues. He combines the science of modern medicine with the wisdom of natural healing to resolve difficult-to-diagnose chronic conditions without the use of pharmaceutical drugs and surgery. He teaches patients how to change lifestyle patterns to not only prevent disease or alleviate symptoms, but to develop a new way of being that is balanced and full of vitality.
