Dr. Patrick Kelley is a board-certified ophthalmologist and surgeon, specializing in cornea disease, refractive surgery, and cataract surgery. After graduating from the University of Maryland and the Medical College of Ohio, Dr. Kelley completed a fellowship in Corneal and Refractive Surgery at the University of Texas Medical Center.
