Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early.
