Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They answered every single question I had, and made it clear that they are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
