I got some frames from Crystal Vision in North Little Rock last year because where I normally get my eye exams did not have designer frames. I decided to used Penny Freshour as my optometrist to ease the burden of using two different sources for glasses. While making a vision appointment I was dealing with a very rude receptionist that hung up on me multiple times. I canceled my appointment and asked to speak to penny that I may tell her about the hired help mannerism on the phone. I'm so glad I did not keep that appointment because I would have to deal with that attitude for all of my vision needs. But stop by the frames in this office are really nice and the people who sell the frames are really helpful
