They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I've been going to this aveda institue for 30 years. My last 4 visits (over 2 years) have all had negative drawbacks: services not done right, stylists doing whatever they want, 2 times the instructors did NOT do a final check. They have definitely lost quality check points. Maybe they are "dumbing down". I can't believe what they have come to produce as quality.
