I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Their hours were lacking to my needs. You cannot just visit the "office" to get info or a gift card. Definitely check the website before going out of your way.
