Ric seemed annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that he wanted to be somewhere else. The music playing was quiet and appropriate for the setting. I felt ripped off because he burned my hair with color chemicals and my scalp with the blow dryer. My was beautiful and healthy prior to the appointment...I just wanted a new look. The style he gave me belonged on someone else because it elongated my face and wasn't flattering. It's evident he'd rather work with another type of client...not someone's older Mom. He made sexist remarks to the nail tech and I called him on it. He asked her if she cared and she just stared at him. Their staff is very friendly and professional but Ric is not. He was more interested in giving himself a new hair color than in giving me the service for which I paid dearly. Since my appointment with him, the staff has completely turned over. Hmmm.
