1 star is too much for this place!! This is the worst salon i have ever been to and if only i could post pictures on here of what they did to my hair.. i went in for a trim and highlight touch up's, i was asking for a lighter blonde, what did i get? brownish grey high lights that are blotchy and a haircut that looks like a 5 year old did it!they told me they couldn't make it my desired lightness, it was obviously darker after they got done, they told me that i hacked my on bangs, i couldn't believe when they told me that, all of my hair is hacked! i asked them to just put the color back to the way it was after they offered to fix it and i was told " if you want that you will have to pay for that" I did pay!!! $85 for them to ruin my hair!!! so after going in and out of that shop and being treated like crap for not liking my hair i finally just asked for my money back, i guess they didn t like that so they called the cops on me saying that i was making a scene, they lied to the cop about me and how i was acting and this and that and that i go from salon to salon doing this same thing, My hair is obviously hacked! and they kept telling me that i got what i asked for.... well i video recorded the whole thing and the tape showed it all, all i was doing was nicely asking for my money back so i can get my hair fixed elsewhere, the only scene that was made was all the stylists surrounding me being as rude as they possibly can . i have never experienced anything like this in my life!!! years ago when my cousin Adrian worked here it was been good but now save yourself from this place and just go to Christopher Michael s!!! I never got my refund! the owner doesn t know how to run a business, i am going to have to sue to get my money back and thank god the cop wrote the report in my favor.
