Deb has kept herself well informed on the research surrounding her recommendations. She has lots of experience to draw from. She is compassionate, as well as clear in her coaching. My whole family has benefited tremendously from her support and encouragement. I highly highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a holistic approach to improving their health, and is looking for someone who can support them with making necessary changes in their eating/lifestyle.
