I saw Amy for a consultation after having been diagnosed with gestational diabetes. She was friendly, answered all of my questions, and helped me develop a diet plan that successfully managed my condition. As a result, I was able to manage the diabetes without medication. The baby was born average size and without any complications! I would definitely recommend her to any friends looking for nutrition consultation.

She is professional yet friendly. She does not attack you for your bad habits. She does not make strict rules,just suggestions. She is compassionate
and extremely knowlegeable. She is not rushed, she is not moody, she
is not judgmental. I give her 5 stars with ease
