In the initial call they told me my insurance covered chiropractic care. That was a partial truth that ended up racking me up almost $500 in bills with-in 5 days!!!! It seems that the whole objective is to make THEM money. Then they send you threatening bills every month. I found several other competent chiropractors more than willing to work with me on these services; as a matter of fact most were willing to do the x-rays and exam (that Inner Spirit charged $300+ for ) either free of charge, at a discounted rate, or willing to let you get x-rays done through a GP so insurance covers them. The office staff, specifically the billing person has not been helpful and, in my opinion, has been completely rude once I said I would not be returning. Lastly, I hurt so bad I felt like I had been run over by a truck after the manipulations....

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciated the fact that they invested in the most comfortable, luxurious chairs I could imagine.
