They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
