very very bad bedside manor. i missed an appt and when i called in to make another one, i was "penalized" with a 2 week out appt. my back was in full spasm and i called to get info on where to get xrays. i was told where to go. when i tried to make my second appt to see her they gave me a 2 week out date. i told her i was in major pain and needed to see her this week (call made on monday)... she had the balls to tell me that I missed an appt last week, I asked her if she was giving me a 2 week out appt because i missed an appt last week... she said no. when i called her on it, she back peddled and said the missed appt had nothing to do with the way out next appt. she said "i know your back is sore now, but was it sore last week when you missed your appt? how rude. just total BS.
why would you be a doctor and then play games with people when they're in need of your services.
i would not recommend. total waste of time.

good news is there are 81 other chiro's in a 5 mile radius of her office.
