Dr. Phelan is an incredibly skill, knowledgeable and honest chiropractic doctor. He always offers the most conservative treatments first. His treatment plan was explained in-depth to me before he started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. He told me that if my neck and hip didn't start showing signs of improvement within 2 or 3 weeks that he would refer me to a a specialist, like an orthopedist or a message therapist. I felt so much better very quickly just from Dr. Phelan's adjustments. I could bend, I could sleep. I am so pleased. They always have an answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one or try to sell me anything. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Dr. Phelan is not your typical chiropractor. He is a true healer.
