EducationDr. Simning joined Bend Memorial Clinic in 1996. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice. Dr. Simning earned a Bachelor of Science degree and Bachelor of Arts degree in Neuroscience and Philosophy, respectively, from the Univ. of Rochester in New York. He graduated from the Uniformed Services Univ. of Health Sciences School of Medicine in 1986. He completed Residency training at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton in California in 1991. Dr. Simning served honorably in the Navy for fourteen years before coming to Bend Memorial Clinic.
