They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. We found the doctor very reactive to illness, and not proactive. My little one went in sick, we were to to come back in a week because he could not diagnosis the illness. When pressed for answers in regard to what we should do in the event he gets worse since his office was going to be closed, we were told to take him to the emergency room.
