I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. That was 2003 and they still won't give me a stent card.to this day. I need a MRI and no radiologist will touch me so I can't have the test my Dr wants so I guess I will just die from Lung Cancer...

It has been over 5 years since I first went to this Doctor. I had a big medical problem that was erupting during the Christmas holiday season. Fortunately for me, my primary physican was able to get me seen by Dr. Kumar (other heart doctors in the Los Angeles area of the High Desert and others were out due to the season. The Heart Center got me in very quickly and took positive action. Ever since, they have shown that they (staff included) care about a person. They are courteous and take care of your medical needs. The Heart Center goes the extra mile!
