Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. It really disappointed me how rude and unfriendly the staff was. They make you feel like an intruder in the office! I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. Telly is the office manager, and happens to be the rudest person i have tried to resolve a problem with, as Angie, the office clerk made fun of me for complaining about not being able to make one appointment, because i would be out of town. I requested the office manager. 2 weeks later she made herself available only to suggest i go elsewhere in the foulest most racist way imaginable. Only after i mentioned civil lawsuit did she calm down, and suggested i wasn't happy and look for another Md.
