They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

I have chronic Pain, at a time when a lot of doctors refuse to work pain management, Dr. Horanzy took into account my long history and agreed to help me. We have since found a course of medications which don't rely so heavily on narcotic pain relievers. I feel like he's actually helped me more than any doctor I've ever seen including specialists. If you're REALLY having pain and want to manage the pain better, go see Dr. Horanzy. If you're just out to get Pain Killers or other narcotics to get "high"... keep looking. Cause if the meds don't work, Dr. Horanzy won't keep giving them to you, but he WILL look at everything that might help. Just be careful to remind him of issues he may have forgotten and not written down. He reads his notes but he can't always get everything you tell him about and he's human and can't remember every little detail.
