The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. If the doctor felt like I needed some specialized help he would recomend the advantages of that as well as a clinic or doctor who he believed would do the best job. They were always very considerate and professional.
