I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Dr. Zambie was rude and condescending. He made me feel like a terrible mother when I took my twin children in and then charged an extra fee for filling out a simple form so my son could have his inhaler kept at school! I will never go back and I am a nurse and will certainly tell others he may know about asthma and allergies but has no idea how to treat people.
