The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
