My mom has been seeing Dr Valicente for a few years. She has several spots she is concerned about. Dr Valicente has never taken a biopsy, she simply freezes the spots at every visit. My mom finally went to another dermatologist. The new doctor biopsied all four areas. All came back positive for basal cell carcinoma. The one on her head is rather large (50 cent-piece size). I am VERY concerned to the point of losing sleep. I did not want to give a single star, but my review wouldn’t submit without it.

Have been there many times to see Dr.Valecenti. She doesn't ever say much, she has a very sponge like personality and doesn't really ever seem like she really cares either way. It's like "try this and see if it works". Have been going to her for 2 years now and still dealing with acne. It's frustrating and she doesn't get it..
