They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. While the office staff may have changed over the years, Dr. Randy has provided me with exceptional care over the past 30 years.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I always appreciate how on schedule Dr. Theiler is... I barely have to wait, if at all. I had to bring my children to my appointment once (couldn't find alternate childcare) and Dr. Theiler was so friendly to them nd engaged them in conversation as well, rather than being inconvenienced by them. That meant a lot to me.
