There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
Very kind and concerned doctor. Very knowlegable. A true pain mangemnt doctor (not just a 'shots' clinic). However, It takes time to get in to see him. I get the impression that he manages many cases (thousands) and has done so for years (I think he has been in practice for 25 years). He also travels to neighboring cities and is president of his local hospital medical staff, and is gone sometimes for teaching--this makes availability a problem. My wife, our whole extended family, have still found the wait worthwhile. Their are competent neurologists who are on call when he is not (I think he recruited them and they were both also chief residents in their programs) so coverage is always available in the hospital. He is always available at night and weekends. My friends who have seen him all agree he is a very bright doctor who gives good expalanations. He takes so long being thorough that he is often behind on his scedule, but worth the wait.
