Dr. Botner is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R). He completed his residency in his specialty of PM&R at the University of Washington (in Seattle) in 1993. Although Dr. Botner is from Kentucky, he went to Seattle specifically in order to obtain the excellent training that is provided through the UW Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation program. Dr. Botner’s history also includes having received a Master of Rehabilitation Medicine degree from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA.
