I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They seem most interested in making money off me-and the staff are a bunch of catty, rude women! Example-I wanted to have ear lobe surgery and I was given a price upfront. The doctor performed the surgery on one ear then I was told it would be an additional charge for the other ear! So of course I had to go with it to match the other ear.......

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
