There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
