I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Granted I was late to my appointment and there was only one other person behind me. I got in into the room and he comes in and does not introduce himself or his technician. He does not explain anything to me about my problem and the assumption I had about what was wrong with me was correct but again no explanation. Then he shows his technician how he knew what was going on with my and shows her which was fine, but the technician who looked goes and I quote "OH MY GOSH" when really I am told my problem would be corrected in 24 hours.

So the jist of it, not very professional staff though the Dr. knows his stuff. Probably would never go back there and the office is kind of difficult to find.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
