BEWARE: THIS PRACTICE CHARGES TO TRANSFER MEDICAL FILES!!! Additionally, Lehigh Valley Pediatric Associates nurses are unwelcoming and the Admin personnel are snarky and combative.

Thinking about becoming a client of Lehigh Valley Pediatric Associates? Well, get ready to open up that wallet! This practice charges for the smallest bit of paperwork. And if you then decide to leave Lehigh Valley Pediatric Associates, then get ready to pay even more for transferring the medical files because it's their "Standard Office Policy".

Thanks for holding my child's medical file hostage. You were paid for your services then you milk your clients for that same paperwork? How pathetic! Good to know you don't actually care about the welfare of your patients. I'll be sure to pass word about your "Standard Office Policy". I should mention that I called 3 of your competitors, neither charge for the transferring of files because that's simply their "Standard Office Policy". Take a guess where you can stick that flash drive LVPA.

I've been taking my son to LV Pediatrics for 6 years. There have been multiple occasions where I have had to repeat visits because I was told something was viral and it wasn't. Today I have called them at 1 p.m. it is 4:20 and I am still waiting to here back. The nurse practitioner is terrible. Don't go to her. I like Dr. Totliani but rarely do I get to see him it is usually the nurse practitioner. Sometimes the wait time is very long once you get back to the examine room. Dissatified and looking for another doctor.
