They were sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was at ease during my appointment here. I was relaxed and comfortable. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may could stay to clean out old stuff. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
