I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Was made to wait over 2 weeks to see the doctor, then made to wait over 1.5 hours before walking out to care for other responsibilities. Staff was very cavalier about wasting my time and even asked if I would like to reschedule. I don't reward those who waste my time.

I wish there was an option to give ZERO stars. I had a horrible experience. After waiting 2+ hours in waiting room, I was finally seen. The nurse brought me in and did blood pressure. I asked why the doctor was so behind, she said "this is how we run the office. It is like this every day". I told her this was the last time she'd see me. She didn't seem to care. Well, after putting my chart on the outside of the door, I was told it would only be "a few more minutes". Well, another nurse came in and asked me to go BACK TO THE WAITING ROOM so she could use the room for the next patient. I was furious and annoyed. I went to the waiting too and asked for my co-pay back and walked out. This was more than 3 hours after my scheduled time. While I was in the waiting room, 2 others asked for their co-pays back and walked out. They have no regard for people's time. Rude staff, I never met the doctor. I should have left earlier. Worse experience EVER in a doctor's office.
