They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
