Dr. Klenoff is arrogant and did not seem interested in anything I had to say. The wait time in his office was over an hour and the doctor seemed rushed to get me out. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in.
