They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
