They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
