This Dr. is more interested in whether or not you are interested in plastic surgery than treating an ENT problem. He didn't really help at all. His staff seems incompetent and dropped the ball with my insurance company. When I needed to call the after hours line Dr. Waterman answered and seemed annoyed to be bothered.
