I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
