HOW TO BOOST YOUR MEMORY

During your daily tasks, at work, school, and other activities, your brain helps you manage life well. It helps you decide on things that needs thorough decision making, helps you remember many things to be done. But what would happen if your memory lost its ability to help you remember things easily? Need some help memorizing terms for your examination the following day? Need to be excellent in your business proposal without looking at your copies? All you need is a good quality sleep. A peaceful uninterrupted sleep helps you learn new information and keeps them filed at the back of your brain for later use.

Many people neglects quality sleep, they tend to sleep very late doing unnecessary things, drinking till dawn, watching movies without considering the right time to stop and when to take a rest, and spending too much time late at night on social networking sites. All these can be a factor of having poor memory due to irregular sleeping pattern that makes your brain function differently, which results on having difficulty in memorizing long, hard reports, data, and complicated topics.
In changing your lifestyle for the better, it needs self-motivation, discipline, and willingness to really change your unhealthy way of living. Having time table and setting your priorities is a positive action. By giving enough time to do your tasks, finishing all scheduled activities earlier and knowing when to stop watching TV and surfing the net, aides you to be organized, time conscious and helps you sleep early, peacefully without interruptions.

Hi great post, I would also add a few simple activities that will boost your memory: 1. remember all your friends phone numbers 2. avoid stress 3. use different routes to your work, home or school 4. learn new foreign language These are the very simple ones that would help. I think after several month of doing it every day you will see spectacular results good luck Mike
